What this template does
Enables continuous machine health monitoring for industrial equipment fitted with 3-axis vibration sensors. By computing real-time RMS vibration and comparing it against a self-learned baseline, it extracts a 0–100 health score that reflects the current condition of rotating machinery, without requiring manual threshold configuration. It operates autonomously, adapting the baseline to normal operating conditions, detecting sudden increases in vibration, and publishing a structured health status ready to consume in dashboards.
When to use it
Ideal for predictive maintenance setups where early detection of mechanical degradation, bearing wear, imbalance, or looseness, is needed before it becomes a failure.
