Privacy

This page describes the Coreflux LoT Templates website. COREFLUX PORTUGAL, LIMITADA is the operator. The company privacy policy, which covers Coreflux products more broadly, is published at coreflux.org/privacy-policy. The notes below are specific to this template library.

Accounts

Creating a template, saving a draft, or changing your profile requires an account. The account stores your email address, display name, optional photo, optional bio, and the templates you submit. Password resets and invitations are sent by email to that address. You can review the profile fields on the account page after you sign in.

Analytics

The site keeps a first-party record of product events such as page views, searches, and downloads. Two httpOnly cookies, a persistent visitor id and a short session id, tie those events together. The event log does not store your IP address or your name. It is used to understand which templates are found and downloaded, and it is visible to administrators in the analytics dashboard.

Published templates

A published, visible template is public. Its title, description, author display name, and notebook contents can be read on the site and through the public API. Drafts stay private to the author and to maintainers. Do not put secrets in a notebook you plan to publish.
